Who is 3C?
We are your virtual growth team, here to help you grow wherever you are planted in your wellness journey. The “Growth Team” consist of Mental Health Counselors, and Independent Partnerships with Wellness Life Coaches, and Consultants, who share the 3C values, and are passionate about increasing access to wellness supports and helping you grow. Who we support?
We support anyone age 10-65+ appropriate for virtual outpatient level care. We are here to hold space for you through our specialized service to help you work towards emotional and mental wellness. Each independent Licensed Counselor, Life coach, and Consultant has their own additional specialties and interest. Check them out!
Our approach to providing support…
We meet you where you are, and support you towards getting to where you need to be. How? We do so through intentional rapport building, goal setting/tracking, creating a safe space for growth, and using our individual expertise to provide added support, while you work to help you become better version of you for YOU. We believe that a combination of Counseling, Coaching, and/or Consulting can increase the potential for and access to growth opportunities. Hence, we offer them all, and make them creative and accessible!
Where do we offer support?
3C Counselors offer virtual appointments to individuals located in NC and in person appointments at our charlotte location by appointment only. Partnered Coaches and Consultants offer virtual and may offer in person supports/services as well.
