A GIIRL Mentality Journey Program goal is to guide individuals on self-discovery so they may learn to implement new techniques to develop coping skills, problem solving skills and positive self esteem.
We teach young ladies in middle school and high school how to prepare for there future success through social-emotional skill building , self awareness, and development of intentional self-care habits.
Educating Youth on the Myths and Truths about Substance Use & Abuse through a virtual group.
This is a early intervention , psycho-educational, 4-Week course focusing on Alcohol and Drug Use, Misuse & Abuse for adolescents ages 12- 17. The course is facilitated by Ashley Shaw, LCSW, LCAS. The goal is to reach adolescents in the earliest stages of alcohol/drug experimentation or curiosity about it. We aim to alter their decision making so that substance abuse treatment is not necessary in their future.

"Creative Arts Therapy is based on the idea that the creative act can be healing". Creative art can help express hidden emotions, and reduce stress, fear and anxiety. We will begin offering therapeutic art groups co-facilitated by a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Therapeutic Art Coach.
After registration is completed, you will receive a "Art Kit" that will have all supplies needed for the therapeutic group. Registration is crucial in order for you or your child to receive the supplies on time. Sign up today!
Who Can Benefit?
This group is designed for Middle School Students who may have difficulty expressing themselves, challenges with communicating their thoughts and feelings, and who are looking for creative therapeutic outlet.
Art skills are not necessary in order to participate. We will guide you through the process.
