I believe that every person is the expert of their own life, and everyone deserves to live life intentionally. Sometimes, life offers unexpected obstacles that seem impossible to cross. The truth is, these unexpected obstacles were never meant for us to handle alone.

In our work together you can expect a brave space to explore your thoughts and feelings while gaining the tools necessary for positive change. With a kind heart and open mind, I strive to make therapy a comfortable place where you can explore the deepest insights about yourself.

I utilize multiple therapeutic approaches and modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered therapy. I am pursuing a Gottman couples therapy certification, I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CBT) as well as I am a certified mental health coach.

I specialize in treating adolescents, young adults, and adults with anxiety, depression, relational issues, life transitions, college-related and post-graduate issues, and the immediate and lasting effects of trauma. You, like everyone, deserve the chance to live your best life. With our work together, you will learn how you can achieve it for yourself.
