I am committed to working with individual and families that are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief & loss, PTSD, relationship conflict, intimate partner conflict, and life transitions. In addition to my commitment, I enjoy supporting individuals, adolescents, and families with substance use/abuse concerns, ADHD, and navigating life transitions.
I help you understand how your thoughts, feelings and actions, collaborate to support your values. I can help you disrupt the unhelpful thoughts and feelings so that your actions are in line of what is important to you. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-focused Therapy, while applying the strengths prescriptive to assist individuals and families with developing positive coping strategies to aide in their healing journey.
I am looking forward supporting you. I am available to you for a free 15 min. consultation. Chat with you soon!
