Sharon Hall-Rucker

In life, there are various stages and situations we may experience that cause us to seek help. The decision to start the journey of healing with therapy is courageous and personal. I am here to provide support, inspire confidence, and foster empowerment. I will serve as a compassionate partner guiding you on your path toward Healing, Rejuvenation, and Holistic Wellness.

As a Psychotherapist, I work with individuals, families, and groups who may need assistance with navigating life transitions. I offer mental health therapy, counseling, and coaching services. I provide techniques and educational resources to facilitate growth throughout the healing process. In partnership with you, we will develop individualized plans of care based on your unique goals and personal learning style. I will incorporate therapeutic methods based on an individualized psychosocial assessment. These include techniques derived from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) or Solution Focus Therapy. I also specialize in working with adults who are experiencing Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder due to a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post Concussion Syndrome.

I will support you as you learn how to experience your feelings, understand your thoughts, and process your emotions in a positive safe space. The development of these skills will have a positive impact on your behavior and overall well-being. I would like to collaborate with you to identify your therapeutic goals and assist you with exploring “Where do I go from here?” as you transition into the life you desire.n.
